How Storage Works
You have sold your home and you need to move out to keep your buyer or you may be moving to a smaller house and you need temporary storage for excess furniture, Holdsworth’s has the perfect answer - container storage.
As an old established company, Holdsworth’s Removals were among the very first in the country to offer container storage and today are acknowledged experts in this field.
Holdsworth’s will arrive at your home with a purpose built van which will be preloaded with containers and packing materials.
As each item is carefully loaded into the container a detailed inventory is completed and you will be given a copy.
Any items too large for a container will be stored traditionally at the warehouse.
Security by CCTV is monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
You can be sure Holdsworth’s will look after your treasured possessions and give you total peace of mind.
The containers are sealed in your presence and are then returned to the depot carefully unloaded into purpose built storage warehouse where they remain until you request delivery to your new home.
Secure Storage Warehouse.
On arrival at the warehouse, the containers are fork-lifted off and placed into their designated position for storing until such time as you require the goods returned or delivered to your new home.
Goods too large for containers, like ladders and carpets are labelled and racked.
Obviously this system has many advantages.
A container completely separates your property from that of any other customer and of course, being fully enclosed, hygiene and security are excellent.
Our advanced retrieval systems enable us to locate your items quickly and efficiently, when you need them. It is only a question of retrieving the containers from the warehouse position, fork-lifting them onto the vehicle and re-delivering to your new home.
The warehouses themselves are specially constructed, clean, well maintained and staffed to ensure the best conditions for storage are maintained.
The whole system means that nobody will see or touch your furniture from the moment it leaves your front door until the containers are re-opened in your presence at your new property.
